1. Rustic Bird House kit: Each one is equip with predrilled ventilation holes on both side boards for proper ventilation and air flow, to help keep birdies inside comfortable and healthy through extreme weather conditions. 
Measurements when fully built: 10 inches high x 6.5 inches deep x 6  inches wide
 
2.  Rustic Bird House kit with perch: Each one is equip with predrilled ventilation holes on both side boards for proper ventilation and air flow to help keep birdies inside comfortable and healthy through extreme weather conditions. This model includes a predrilled hole- centered in the front of door +one 3 inch perch.
Measurements when fully built: 10 inches high x 6.5 inches deep (+3 inch perch protrusion) x 6 inches wide
 
3. Bluebird House Kits: Each kit is equip with, precut- ventilation holes on both side boards and floor board as well as specific specific designed roof and floor for proper ventilation and air flow to help keep birdies inside comfortable and healthy through extreme weather conditions.
Measurements when fully built: 12 inches high  6.5 inches deep x 6 inches wide
 
Entry Sizes
1 1/4 inch entry ~Good for small birds such as Chickadees, finch, wrens, nuthatches, warblers and other similar birds.
1 1/2 inch entry ~Good for birds such as Western bluebirds, tree swallows, some wrens and other similar birds.
2 inch entry ~Good for medium birds such as Eastern bluebirds, woodpecker, flycatcher, House finch and other similar birds.
3 inch entry ~Good for medium birds such as martin, weaver, flicker and other similar birds.
 
Additional Details
Each birdhouse kit is made by hand, individually making each one slightly different and one of a kind.
Birdhouses come natural wood- no stain. These can be hung out as is for cedar to change naturally in appearance with nature, or add a personal touch with your own paint or stain colors!
All birdhouse doors are designed with a fledgling ladder engraved inside to assist fledglings leaving the nest with ease when they are ready and installed to swing hinge style, allowing easy cleaning between birdie tenants.
ALL birdhouse kits include, a pre- attached key hole mount on the backboard for easy mount to almost any surface +one mounting screw, custom made- easy to follow detailed instructions, nails and pre-cut wood pieces for building. You will need: Wood glue, hammer and *screw driver (*for mounting once complete).
